Washington, D.C. (April 27, 2026) — A New Policy PAC today announced its official endorsement of State Representative Chris Rabb for U.S. Congress in Pennsylvania’s 3rd District.
This endorsement highlights the PAC’s commitment to supporting proven progressive leaders who have the courage to challenge the status quo and demand a U.S. foreign policy that reflects American values of justice, equality, and the rule of law.

A Generational Commitment to Justice
Rep. Chris Rabb is a five-term legislator from Northwest Philadelphia with a deep-rooted history of community development and social entrepreneurship. As a descendant of Black abolitionists, Rabb carries a generational commitment to collective struggle into the halls of power. Before his tenure in the state House, he ran a local business incubator and taught social entrepreneurship at Temple University. In the legislature, he has distinguished himself as a senior progressive voice, challenging a broken system to protect working families. Rabb recognizes that the current U.S. strategy of providing unconditional military aid — especially as war with Iran unfolds — drains vital resources from the very communities he serves.
