Washington, D.C. (July 28, 2026) –– Today, A New Policy PAC announces its endorsement of Cori Bush for U.S. Congress in Missouri’s 1st Congressional District. Our endorsement highlights our commitment to supporting representatives who have the courage to fight for a U.S. foreign policy grounded in our American values of equality, dignity, and human rights.
“Cori Bush has been a consistent voice calling for a ceasefire and humanitarian aid to be let into Gaza. Always Fighting for Others
Born and raised in St. Louis, Cori Bush has fought for Missourians her entire life. A former nurse, pastor, wife, and mother, she has devoted her life to the service and care of others. She brought more than $80 million in CDBG-DR funding for disaster relief after historic flooding came to St. Louis in 2022, led a sleep-in on the steps of the U.S. Capitol to prevent the evictions of more than 11 million people, fought against the MAGA agenda and for Medicare for All, and co-chaired the first Congressional Caucus for the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). She fought for reproductive justice, to protect access to abortion medication.
